Este término aparece en varias ocasiones en el texto que estoy traduciendo. También se hace referencia a la "apertura de los vendedores".

En este último caso, entiendo que se refiere a nuevos clientes conseguidos por los vendedores. ¿Me equivoco?

Pero en cuanto a "el importe no aperturado", ¿querrá decir facturado?

Calculo que debe ser un término de uso frecuente en algún otro país de América Latina. No me ha tocado nunca traducirlo antes.
