Spanish to English translations [PRO]

Spanish term or phrase: cartela
This is from the voiceover text for a marketing video. The file shows a series of frames from the video, and the text to be translated is (I subbed "bla" for confidentiality purposes):

CARTELA 1:¿bla, bla?
CARTELA 2: ¿Y bla bla?
CARTELA 3: ¡bla y bla!
CARTELA 4: bla:

etc.

I've seen a number of kudoz questions regading the same term, but no satisfactory answers.

I found this, in the comic book context, the Cartela is the rectangular part of the comic strip that has text, (not the balloon, so it is not the character speaking). It is the rectangle above the illustration in a given frame.
