De hecho, busco el significado tanto de "trasera" (en este contexto) como de "indiana", en la siguiente frase: "Durante las conferencias tenemos *trasera con indiana* de logos para asegurar visibilidad de marca vinculada a los contenidos".

El texto explica las acciones llevadas a cabo durante un evento para promocionar una marca. Creo que hablan de una acción "online" porque los puntos anteriores hablan de acciones en Facebook y de poner un "hashtag" en todos los elementos de imagen, pero no estoy 100% segura porque no hay más contexto.
