Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / Cardiology
Spanish term or phrase: SOM
Good morning!

This abbreviation has got me stumped and I would appreciate any help.

The translation involves the post-operative notes regarding a man who has had a double bypass with incomplete revascularisation and post-operative infarction.

DIGESTIVO/NUTRICIÓN/ELIMINACIÓN: se retira SNG [NG-tube] pero continua con vómitos. Se pone primperan y Zofrán SOM.

This is the only time the abbreviation occurs in a 7000 word text.

Thank you!
