-> Sometimes lack of sleep makes you miss the obvious. Thank you :-)

agree  Roxanna Delgado: A 4 for confidence level? Why not a 5?/Well, seeing the comment below mine, apparently you can't be too modest! I hope you are doing great, Yasser.

-> Modesty! We haven't crossed paths for quite sometime. Have a lovely day, Roxanna :-)

neutral  philgoddard: Not the most helpful answer I've ever seen - "QRS means QRS".
35 mins
-> I am sure all the asker needs is a good cup of coffee, rather than a useful answer :-)

agree  Giovanni Rengifo: Doctors will know what this is. You could add "...the width of the QRS complex...", but I guess that wouldn't really be necessary.

agree  Andreas THEODOROU: Agree that "QRS interval" would probably sound better. My 0.02$ to the debate: quite frankly, I don't think that anyone translating a cardiology document needs an explanation of QRS. If they do, then there is no shortage of internet sources.

-> I am sure the need for help translating QRS arose from long hours of work and tight deadlines. Don't you think?

Hi Bob, here's a Spanish definition of the QRS complex.
I'm sure there's also an English equivalent in Wikipedia.
