Pulmonology/Pneumology
I´d guess either pulmonology or, less often, pneumology in English.
I only found ¨Pneumotisiology¨ in South American or Italian references. See the CV below.
pneumology- the scientific study of the human respiratory system

The term can be found in English, provided you spell the second part correctly! "Phtisiology" is wrong. It is found both hyphenated and as one word, "pneumophthisiology", but sources I would regard as most reliable give it hyphenated.
It is quite true that it is not in general use in the British or American medical profession. However, it is quite commonly used to refer to departments and organisations devoted to this specialism in other countries:
https://www.google.es/search?q="pneumo-phthisiology"&num=100...
Perhaps what makes it most worth considering as an option here is that it is enshrined in EU Law. Sorry the following is in caps, but the original is like that:
"ARTICLE 4
MEMBER STATES SHALL ENSURE THAT THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF THE SPECIALIZED TRAINING COURSES MENTIONED BELOW MAY NOT BE LESS THAN THE FOLLOWING:
FIRST GROUP :
- GENERAL SURGERY * FIVE YEARS .
- NEURO-SURGERY
- INTERNAL MEDICINE
- UROLOGY
- ORTHOPAEDICS
SECOND GROUP :
- GYNAECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS * FOUR YEARS .
- PAEDIATRICS
- PNEUMO-PHTHISIOLOGY [...]"
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:...
By the way, in the Spanish version of this same Council Directive (75/363/EEC of 16 June 1975), the term is rendered as "medicina de las vías respiratorias", which makes it all the more striking that it should be rendered like this in English, I think.
It also crops up in a couple of WHO documents, such as this one on Benin:
"National Center of Pneumo-Phthisiology"
http://www.who.int/mental_health/WHO-AIMS_benin_English.pdf
It seems to me even though we don't have departments of or courses in pneumo-phthisiology in Britain or America (as far as I'm aware), a case could be made for translating this course in Bolivia like that, as has been done in other cases.
