Estoy traduciendo un informe médico y no estoy clara en qué pueden significar algunas siglas. Estoy limitada para hace búsquedas porque, aunque no lo crean, llevo más de un mes sin internet (ahora conectada en casa de un amigo). Busqué en Cosnautas y no hay ninguna de las acepciones que me convenza. ¿alguien sabrá a qué se refiere?

"Al examen físico, paciente luce en buenas condiciones generales. Cabeza normocéfala. No palpo tumoraciones ni reblandecimientos. Cuello: tiroides no visible ni palpable. No se palpan adenopatías. **CP estable**. Mamas: no se palpan tumoraciones, axilas libres, FSC libres. Abdomen blando, depresible, no doloroso. Perfil general y lipídico sin alteraciones. Actualmente goza de buena salud."

¿Alguien con experiencia en la traducción de este tipo de informes médicos cortos sabrá a qué se refiere?
