This comes in a guide to creating vascular access for haemodialysis, in the Methodology section:

¿ Se puede aconsejar un orden en la realización del AV? (Cimino I, D, Hum Cef I, D…) más indicación de injerto?

A cimino fistula is a type of vascular access, and I am guessing that the I, D are the usual left and right in both cases, but am a bit stumped with Hum Cef... An example of the doc in question can be found at https://servei.org/wp-content/uploads/guias_clinicas/Guia_FA... - this comes on page 2.

Humeral Cephalic
Explanation:
I think it refers to humeral artery and cephalic vein.

In general, the VA construction order starts with a radiocephalic AVF in the non-dominant arm, and then in the dominant arm. If this is no longer possible, the next option will be a humeral-cephalic (HC) AVF in the same order.
