In toto
Explanation:
Diapositiva 1 - SADEVE
sadeve.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/.../Caso-frida-Daniel-Scavone.p...
MATERIAL REMITIDO: Piel. DESCRIPCION MACROSCOPICA: Dos punch cutáneos. Se procesan in toto.

rotocolo cáncer de mama - Junta de Andalucía

Metodología de inclusión y corte/Descripción macroscópica... permita medir su diámetro máximo microscópico (“in toto” si es posible, en un único bloque o en varios según su tamaño)

Here is a similar example of "in aggregate", which fits in with my suggestion:

Gross Description -- Case 5
path.upmc.edu/cases/case5/gross.html
Gross Description -- Brain Mass. GROSS DESCRIPTION: The specimen is received in eight parts. Part 1: Part 1 is received in formalin labeled "-1 1/2 target 2 right posterior parietal lesion". It consists of multiple fragments of focally hemorrhagic tan soft tissue measuring 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 cm. in aggregate

Part B is received in formalin, labeled "Smith, John" and "duodenum." It consists of two tan irregular soft tissues measuring 0.3 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm and 0.4 x 0.3 x 0.2 cm which are submitted in toto in cassette B1.

Part C is received in formalin, labeled "Smith, John" and "rectum." It consists of seven tan irregular soft tissues ranging from 0.1 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm to 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.2 cm which are submitted in toto in cassettes C1-C2.

agree  Joseph Tein: Hi Marie. I've seen this term many times in English reports. ("The specimen is submitted in toto in a single cassette")

Had not seen Marie's comments above. In English it would be EIT:
"Embedded in toto, abbreviated EIT, means the specimen provided was submitted entirely for microscopic examination, i.e. there is no remaining tissue what was not submitted for microscopy."
