Spanish term or phrase: si persiste clínica
"si persiste clínica, valorar realización de ecografía dirigida a estudio de la vejiga."

In this case, I'm not sure if it is a typo on the part of the original writer or if I am just not understanding what is meant by "si persiste clínica." Grammatically it just does not make sense to me. The document refers to problems a patient is having with their urinary tract, it's a radiology report.

agree  Joseph Tein: "clinical picture" is OK but too elaborate; you don't need two words. "symptoms" (as you say in your comment) is more direct and covers the meaning just as well.
