Medical - Medical (general)
Spanish term or phrase: Sinovectomía de los flexores de los dedos en puño
I have no further context other than it is one of the procedures included in ICD-9-CM Volume 3, a system of procedural codes used by health insurers to classify medical procedures for billing purposes.

It is listed under 82.3 Excision of other soft tissue of the hand

English translation:synovectomy of the finger flexor tendons
Explanation:
Or as Anne Schulz suggests in her Discussion posting, "finger flexor synovectomy".
As I said in my Discussion, I don't think "en puño" adds anything essential to the meaning, & probably doesn't need to be carried over into the English translation.
