UIBC

Explanation:
If we take CFHT to mean capacidad de fijación de hierro total (TIBC/total iron binding capacity), then CFHL could mean capacidad de fijación de hierro libre (UIBC/unsaturated iron binding capacity), unsaturated meaning unbound i.e. free.
TIBC/UIBC form part of an iron profile in laboratory testing.
I think it fits in the context.

CFHT/CFHL Y SATURACION (http://docplayer.es/12794334-R-r-u-yr-7-9-de-la-provincia-de...
This is the only incidence I've found of CFHL on internet, but it's in relation to CFHT (TIBC).

If it's of any help I've also found "capacidad libre/latente de fijación de hierro (UIBC)"

Quizás ya esté en inglés (como el TIBC = capacidad total de fijación del hierro [del ingl. total iron binding capacity]) y sea

CFHL = complement factor H-like

pero no sé si esto se mide en un examen de sangre

This is far from my working area of expertise, but I have found a very good source for medical acronyms. However, by concern is that "CFHL" here is the English acronym rather than the direction you stated, "Spanish to English".

For what it is worth, I leave you with these and perhaps other translators who do work in the medical arena can either confirm or reject.

Hope it is in context too.
