"engrosamiento de aspecto binucleado" doesn't make much sense. Growth/thickening towards binuclearity? At the moment I have "of binuclear appearance" but that doesn't seem quite right either.

Reference information:
A koilocyte is a squamous epithelial cell that has undergone a number of structural changes, which occur as a result of infection of the cell by human papillomavirus.

Koilocytosis or koilocytic atypia or koilocytotic atypia are terms used in histology and cytology to describe the presence of koilocytes in a specimen.[1]

Koilocytes may have the following cellular changes:

Nuclear enlargement (two to three times normal size).
Irregularity of the nuclear membrane contour
A darker than normal staining pattern in the nucleus, known as Hyperchromasia.
A clear area around the nucleus, known as a perinuclear halo.

Binucleated cells are cells that contain two nuclei. This type of cell is most commonly found in cancer cells and may arise from a variety of causes. Binucleation can be easily visualized through staining and microscopy. In general, binucleation has negative effects on cell viability and subsequent mitosis.

They also occur physiologically in hepatocytes, chondrocytes and in fungi (dikaryon).

1. Koilocytic cytoplasmic vacuolisation: perinuclear haloes surrounding cell nuclei.
2. Koilocytic nuclear change: pyknosis – nuclear material that may be irregular in size, shape and staining properties. The nucleus is frequently acentric. Binucleation may be apparent.

engrosamiento = enlargement
de aspecto binucleado = apparent binucleation

Round or oval cell with increased relative nuclear area. ... Note nuclear hyperchromasia and crisp condensed cytoplasm around cell walls with resulting clear perinuclear halo. ... The nucleus may be single or binucleate and slightly enlarged.
