I've just noticed that my answer should have been 'NASG'. I have no idea why I posted 'NPAG'. Sorry!

For women suffering from uncontrollable PPH, a method to control the bleeding,
reverse the shock, and stabilize the patient for safe transport to a comprehensive
obstetric care facility could be lifesaving. One method to manage PPH is the use
of a non-pneumatic anti-shock garment (NASG).

The non-pneumatic anti-shock garment (NASG) is a low-technology first-aid device used to treat hypovolemic shock. Its efficacy for reducing maternal deaths due to obstetrical hemorrhage is being researched. Obstetrical hemorrhage is heavy bleeding of a woman during or shortly after a pregnancy.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, Helena! I just now found it myself.

Asker: I'm translating an update of the reference you found. However, they introduced the expansion of the abbreviation about 20 pages later. My copy of the PDF isn't searchable, but you were able to find a version that is.
