Like you, I was stymied by Inprefar. When I googled prevision I found something about social forecast. A search in google gave me sites for social research.

Association of Practicing Pharmacists
I have entered this answer more than 5 years after the accepted answer was awarded points only because I think that answer grossly inappropriate. The association has nothing to do with "welfare" and seems more analagous to the US State Boards that certify physicians and pharmacists.
