Medical - Medical: Pharmaceuticals
Spanish term or phrase: médico con labor asistencial
Context: a standard letter certifying the approval of the performance of a particular clinical trial. This "job description" occurs several times in a list of the members of a Clinical Research Ethics Committee who have approved the trial. Examples:

Carmen ***** ******** (Médico con labor asistencial, Servicio de Urgencias)
Jesús ******** ******* (Médico con labor asistencial, Servicio de Psiquiatría; miembro del Comité Asistencial de Ética)

Other members are described variously as "Médico de Atención Primaria", "Farmacéutica", "especialista", etc. No-one is just a "médico". 6 out of 20 members of the committee have this designation, so they're quite prevalent.

How best to translate it? Any useful suggestions gratefully received - thanks in advance:)
