in and for the First Registration District of the State of Nuevo León Explanation: I usually translate "con ejercicio en" as "in and for", but Taña's idea of "practising" is fine too. "Primer Distrito Registral" is referring to the district in which this notary is authorized to practice rather than a specific registry. Notaries work out of "notarías" (notaries' offices), not "registros" (registries). |
