Spanish term or phrase: I.G.E.
Hello. I am doing the translation (Span>Engl) of a marriage certificate issued by the Civil Registry Office in Cd. Juárez, Chih., Méx. In the upper right corner it has the abbreviation I.G.E. Can anyone tell me what that stands for? Thanks.
