Estoy traduciendo un informe psiquiátrico de un paciente con estrés postraumático. La traducción es para los EE.UU.

"Examen mental al momento de realizar el informe: luce aseado, vestido acorde a sexo y edad, orientado en tiempo, espacio y persona, memoria conservada, pensamiento coherente y contenido en relación a su problemática Vbp” en algunas oportunidades me han perseguido por simpatizar con otra tolda política diferente a la del gobierno; igual ha pasado con mi hermana y hemos sido amenazados”, lenguaje normal y coherente, **afecto resonante a la ansiedad**, con conciencia de enfermedad y juicio de realidad conservado."

No me queda claro a qué se refiere resonante. Encontré una sola consulta en un contexto psiquiátrico y en ese caso, la persona decidió usar responsive (la expresión consultada fue: afecto reactivo resonante)
