The sentence is:

XY promueve en propiedad la Villa nº ___...
followed by the description of the villa.

First I thought of using the literal translation "promotes in property" but if I search for it in google, nothing comes up so I guess it's wrong. Any suggestions? Thanx.

XY promueve en propiedad la Villa nº ___... = XY is offering a villa (or however you decide to translate "villa") for sale at no. ...

XY también promueve en uso el aparcamiento nº ___ adscrito a tal Villa.

= XY is likewise offering to lease parking space no. ____ assigned to that villa

This might sound strange, but in Spain, at least, a dwelling and its assigned parking space can be two separate properties ("escriturados por separado") and the owner can decide to sell one off, while maintaining the other.
