I know the following sentence is too long for a query, but although, I'm not completely sure of the sense of 'impone' here , it's really the entire long sentence and how it's various parts realte to each other that confuses me. I'm wondering if there is some punctuation missing also:

'Que renuncia a su domicilio a los requirimientos de pago y a los tramites del juicio ejecutivo, en garantia del capital adeudado, intereses corrientes y moratorios y ambas costas de la eventual ejecucion impone hipoteca de primer grado sobre la finca que en este acto adquiere.'
