I have found "pyrogenate" and "pyrogenation", but evidently

Explanation:
the idea here is to remove any possible pyrogens from vials at the end of a disinfecting train.

pyrogenization

Explanation:
The "depyrogenization" does not seem to make sense. I am wondering whether it should read simply "tunel de pirogenización" and the extra "de" is a typo. Thus it would be a "heat or pyrogenesis sterilization tunnel".
Good luck.

Explanation:
The translation I suggest to the phrase:
"vial depyrogenization tunnel". Pyrogens are a thermostable bacterial toxin, which produces a rise in the temperature of the body (human or animal). The purpose of the process is to eliminate all pathologies present in the product by sterilization (>100ºF).

IVASCO is right --

Explanation:
"Vial depyrogenization tunnel" is the proper English term (and "depirogenizado" = "depyrogenized," i.e., "cleansed of all pyrogens or pyrogenic agents," which is synonymous with "sterilized").
