sounds like new internet lingo to me, but I couldn't find "interpista" and, if in reference to the Internet, I am guessing that cybertrack would be a possibility.

As far as I know, Interpista is a new ISP service offered by British Telecomm in Spain, , here´s a reference to an article in English, where they use Interpista as sort of a proper name.
