casing and lining Explanation: Hola Paul, No estoy seguro... En los manuales de Lloyds - Shipping Terms and TEUs Classification se menciona el 'case' o 'casing' de los TEUs (contendores). Se refieren al caparazón, a la lata. El término 'lining' se refiere al interior o a lo que a veces se inserta en los agujeros que tiene todo contenedor. A veces el forro, 'lining', es de madera (dry containers) o de aluminio o acero inox (reefer o TEUs refrigerados). A veces, muy ocasionalmente, se llenan los espacios huecos entre lo que se ve dentro del TEU y la pared externa. Suerte, JL |
