There is a sense difference , please see below:

Explanation:
Respecting the proposals of other colleagues, I think the answer proposed by Ynesca gives EXACTLY the meaning of the source sentence, although it may sound literal.
I agree with this proposal because there is a small sense difference if you use the first option, because what the fisrt proposal is saying in Spanish is: "xx celebra el presente contrato a través de su representante legal". This is something different because what you want to say exactly is "(xx does something) through its legal representative, who undersignes this ...". As the action to be done is not specified since the context is limited, I would suggest you to keep the same structure proposed by Ynesca, which is totally right. So please note that in the two proposals there is a sense difference very clear. Hope not to offend anyone.

through its undersigned legal representative

Explanation:
This is how the phrase would appear in a legal document prepared by a competent attorney or paralegal who is a native speak of educated English. (Note that "undersigned" conveys the full meaning of the Spanish phrase "que suscribe el presente contrato," which therefore does not need to be rendered literally in the English translation.) -- Collegially yours, HC
