Spanish term or phrase: trabajo de roceria
Hi Proz,
I am doing a translation re a Power station in Colombia.
There are several phrases that I need help with please. They are as follows:
1. trabajo de roceria (temporary workers are hired to do this) is is spraying work?

2. vigas en ferroconcreto. The sentence goes like this: Bodega: La construccion es tipica Grupo 2 con estructura de columnas y vigas en ferroconcreto, cerramiento en muros de ladrillo, techo en estructura metalica con cubierta de asbesto cemento.
The bits that I need help with are -vigas en ferroconcreto - and - cerramiento en muros -

3. La presa de gravedad (gravity dam) de enrocado con concreto en la cara aguas arriba.

4. cote superior de cresta de 548m sobre el nivel de mar.

Many thanks for any help with these! Perhaps some-one could give me a good site to look things up on! I have tried Eurodic!
Thanks again

Explanation:
1. A look at some of the ref in this page below, would lead me to believe that 'trabajo de rocería' has more to do with 'clearing' (?) land in some way.
Maybe felling trees? Maybe clearing rocks?

2. iron-reinforced cement girders

3.... rock wall gravity dam with concrete in the upstream wall

OR

rock wall gravity dam concrete filled on the upstream side

4. Height above sea level (cotA?) of the summit/ridge of 548m

I don't know 'cerramiento en muros de ladrillo' but it might be 'enclosed by walls of brick'
