Para iniciar el lavado con detergentes se debe preparar la solución según lo indiquen las instrucciones de uso. Se deben preparar soluciones por separado para los diferentes tipos de equipo que se vayan a lavar. Para facilitar esto se deben utilizar cubetas y cepillos de diferentes colores para diferenciar siempre, para ello se puede seguir el siguiente código:
· Amarillo blanco: cepillos y cubetas destinados para mesas y tinas de lavado.
· Rojo: cepillos y cubetas destinados para taras de plástico y bins.
· Azul: pisos, rejillas, y canales.
· Verde: paredes, techos, y cortinas plásticas.
¿Cuál sería la palabra precisa para este tipo de canales? Se trata de un cuarto de selección y lavado, enjuague de camarón.
