"Bionda" is a registered trade name...

Explanation:
See the description at the web site below: "BIONDA PROTECTOR PB-75: Main features of manufacture: This part has been designed to protect pedestrians and motorcyclists from impacts as a result of accidents or carelessness against the IPN, CPN, UPN of Safety Barrier which fixes double wave fences. Material produced with Polythene highly resistant to impacts; resistant to the elements and ultraviolet rays. It can be produced in any colour... Registered product of Tesa Embalajes, S.A." In shape, the barriers look a lot like standard 'W"-section riadside barriers, but the Biondas are attached tosemicircular polyethylene uprights.

However, here's another web reference: "Los siete kilómetros de biondas (a 3.500.000 pesetas por kilómetro) han transformado un espacio natural protegido en una especie de circuito de Formula Uno." -- As a longtime Formula One aficionado, I can tell you that the standard term in this field for the temporary barriers installed around the street circuits in Australia and Monte Carlo are called "Armco barriers," after the manufacturer.

So here, I'd suggest "Bionda-brand Armco-type barriers."

Hope this helps!
