Spanish term or phrase: beneficio
I am translating some documents for a Spanish telephone company and this word reoccurs. For translation to British English. The client is insisting that 'benefit' is the correct translation but I am not so sure. Below are some examples:

Tarifas: Fuera de ***beneficio nacional***: 25cts./min + 20cts./establecimiento, SMS/12cts. y velocidad a 16Kbps

Sin saldo se aplican las mismas condiciones que una vez agotado el beneficio.

Una vez agotado beneficio: llamadas nacionales 25 cént/min y establecimiento de llamada 20 cént

I am 99% sure that the correct translation is 'allowance'. Could anyone with better telephone knowledge than me confirm this for me. TIA.
