hint(s)
Explanation:
Hi Blanca,

This one was bugging me, so I did some more looking and found the same reference in English and Spanish. They have translated the English quote into Spanish, and used "puntas" for "hint."

Rojo rubí. Nariz compleja con bayas negras, café, unos matices interesantes de roble y pimienta negra; puntas de frutas exóticas. Muy concentrado, suave pero con una potente estructura. Final largo, con buenos taninos y excelente agarre." Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar, Issue 92, Sept/Oct 2000 (http://www.guelbenzu.es/Fichas/lautus98.htm)

(Guelbenzu Lautus 1998) "Ruby-red. Complex nose melds blackcurrant, coffee sexy oak tones and green pepper; hint of exotic fruits. Very concentrated, layered and sweet, but with solid underlying backbone. Really expands and lingers on the back end, which features big, chewy tannins and excellent grip. 91."

Hope it helps!
Cindy

end taste

Explanation:
I'm guessing that you're talking about wine-testing from your other postings and from what I understand from the text is that it's talking about the acid (or bitter) and sweet tastes going together well. But the text uses puntas which is like ends.....therefore, end taste. I don't know if there's a better way to say end taste though.
Hope you understand what I mean. :)

after taste

Explanation:
I'm changing my answer from end taste to after taste, that's what I meant and I knew that there was some word that was like end taste. I'm 100% sure on this one. See explanation above (under end taste). It's talking about wine tasting and the taste at the end of the sip of wine.
