b. Si dichos impropios son muy abundantes y/o no pueden retirarse sin manipularlos directamente, los operarios NO clasifican el material y marcan la bala con el spray de pintura (con la marca convenida como ‘Rechazada’). El carretillero procede a retirar esta bala cuando los operarios no están en las cercanías y la lleva hasta otra zona del almacén, donde la bala se rompe con medios mecánicos (pulpo, pala, carretilla) y se reembala o desecha como basura la fracción que corresponda.
- Los operarios retiran los impropios de la bala mediante alguno de los siguientes métodos (o la combinación de varios de ellos), en orden preferente:
a. Cortando el impropio para reducir su tamaño y estirando del extremo que quede libre.
b. Tirando del impropio directamente, para liberarlo del cartón.
c. Haciendo palanca en dirección tangencial, de forma que si el impropio o la palanca saliesen despedidos lo hicieran alejándose del operario.
