Dans un contrat concernant des travaux de construction. J'ai trouvé "droit de passage" mais je ne suis pas sûre que cela corresponde exactement.

Cela ne peut pas avoir le sens de "voirie", car les "droits de voirie" doivent être payés/perçus.

Ici, on comprend bien qu'il s'agit d'un droit dans le sens d'autorisation, donc je ne vois pas mieux que droit de passage ou droit d'accès, à la limite.
