Estoy traduciendo un modelo (formulaire) relativo al RGPD (reglamento general de protección de datos).

No sé muy bien cual seria el sentido de "incurrir" en la siguiente frase:

.....aquellos datos que se han facilitado por la parte, no podrán utilizarse para fines propios. En caso contrario, **se incurrirá en infracción administrativa muy grave**, de conformidad con la normativa de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, **de la cual responderá la empresa XXXX ** en su condición de encargado del tratamiento de los datos cedidos.

Quiere decir que "la société XXXX sera exposée à une faute administrative très grave" ?? o "pourra être condamnée pour faute administrative très grave" ??
