de nature à engager solidairement le co-titulaire Explanation: aqui se trata de operaciones bancarias que pudo haber realizado el fallecido por su cuenta, comprometiendo al otro titular de la cuenta. En ese ambito en Francés se usa la fórmula "responsabilité solidaire des co-titulaires (du compte") que se resume en tu version con "en forma indistinta". Por eso, voy un poco hacia atrás en la frase a traducir y diría: "à la date du décès, le défunt n'avait realisé aucune opération de nature à engager solidairement le co-titulaire"... espero te sirva.
