Ich weiß, dass es sich um eine Fischart handelt, die Gästen in spanischen Restaurant manchmal anstatt Lachs serviert wird, weil dieser Fisch auch eine rötliche Farbe hat, Lachs relativ ähnlich schmeckt und vor allem billiger ist, aber ich habe keine Ahnung wie er auf Deutsch heißt.
