Ich habe das Gefühl, das grammatisch etwas nicht stimmt, oder?

Pero eso no significa que esté encolumne la presunción de inocencia, pues la aceptación de cargos cumplidas las condiciones previstas en las normas 287, 131, y 293 del C.P.P., como se verifico, ha erigido convencimiento más allá de toda duda, acerca de su responsabilidad penal.

Oder ist cumplidas bis C.P.P. ein Einschub und es fehlen nur Gedankenstriche?

"Aber dies bedeutet nicht die unbedingte Unschuldsannahme, da sich aus der Feststellung der Klagepunkte nach den Bestimmungen der Paragraphen 287, 131 und 293 des CPP zweifelsfrei die strafrechtliche Verantwortlichkeit ergibt."


Der Satz ist in der Tat einigermassen extrem. Obiges könnte der Sinn sein, der allerdings auch sehr einfacher ausgedrückt worden sein könnte.

Für CPP gibt Becher "Código de Procedimientos Penales" - die paraguayische Strafprozessordnung.
