Ich habe Schwierigkeiten bei der Formulierung folgender Textpassage aus einem Testament:
"En el resto de sus bienes, derechos y acciones presntes y futuras instituye Herederos Universales
a sus citados hijos por partes iguales entre ellos, *sustituyendoles vulgarmente, también a partes iguales,
y, en defecto de éstos, con derecho de acrecer entre sí*

Er setzt als Universalerben von all seinen sowohl gegenwärtigen als auch zukünfiten Gütern, Rechten und
Ansprüchen, seine genannten Söhne zu jeweils gleichen Teilen ein....

Soll zum Ausdruck gebracht werden, dass der eine Bruder Ersatzerbe des anderen sein soll?
Stehe auf dem Schlauch...
