En caso de que se compruebe que el intermediario utilizara de mala fé para su beneficio, sus conocimientos de la tecnología de fabricada por (Unternehmen), deberá pagar, a éstos, una indemnización por daños y perjuicios cuyo monto asciende a 150.000 Euros.

Sollte sich herausstellen, dass der Vermittler seine Kenntnis über die Fertigungstechnologie (?) von XXX bösgläubig zu seinen Gunsten einsetzt, muss er XXX Schadenersatz in Höhe von 150.000 Euro zahlen.

Müsste es nicht "fabricadO" heißen?
