Soweit ich gelesen habe, sind baños sociales entweder die Gemeinschaftsbäder/-toiletten in Mietshäusern (auf der halben Treppe) oder in Wohnungen Bäder, die wohl für alle Bewohner und Gäste da sind, die aber nicht, wie dort anscheinend üblich, direkt einem Schlafzimmer zugeordnet sind.

Aber wie nenne ich dieses baño social? Im Moment bin ich soweit, es einfach bei "Bad" zu belassen und dann die Differenzierung bei dem Schlafzimmerbad vorzunehmen.
