LA CARRERA POR ESTE PREMIO MAYOR EN LA COMERCIALIZACION DE ESTE SERVICIO, DE ACUERDO A INFORMACION RECIENTES, NO SERA GANADA POR TELMEX, EN VIRTUD DE QUE, HAY UNA MUY FUERTE OPOSICION DE LOS CABLEROS EN EL SENTIDO DE ***PERMITIR*** QUE A TELMEX, EL GOBIERNO FEDERAL, CONCRETAMENTE LA SECRETARIA DE COMUNICACIONES Y TRANSPORTES, LE AUTORICE, CAMBIAR SU REGIMEN LEGAL DEL TAL MANERA DE QUE LE PERMITA OFRECER A SUS USUARIOS, ADEMAS DE TELEFONIA FIJA, TELEFONIA MOVIL E INTERNET, EL PLUS QUE SIGNIFICA LA TELEVISION

Mi duda reside en el empleo de permitir. A mi entender tendrían haber puesto impedir en su lugar para que la frase tenga sentido. ¿Qué opinan? ¡Gracias a tod@s!
