Spanish term or phrase: (inhibidor de la) eca
Hola! Alguien sabe cómo se pronuncia este termino en el ámbito médico? El acrónimo quiere decir "enzima convertidora de angiotensina", lo que no sé es que si se suele pronunciar cada letra por separado (e_c_a) o simplemente eca /eka/. Hay algún doctor o enfermera por aquí? :) Gracias de antemano.
