Ik denk dat "de ello" verwijst naar de hele zin die vooraf gaat, nl. het feit dat zij zich "subrogeren".

Je kan om die "de ello " heen vertalen: en de naleving van alle verplichtingen die daaruit kunnen volgen.

Asker: Bedankt. Mijn juridisch Russisch is niet meer wat het geweest is, maar volgens hun interpretatie (en eigenlijk ook de mijne) aanvaarden de volmachtgevers aansprakelijkheid voor alle verbintenissen en verplichtingen die uit de vertegenwoordiging voortvloeien. Enig idee waar "de ello" op slaat en moet er niet "el cumplimiento" staan?
