I think you mean limatesa, with an "s", not with a "z", especially for a roof

lima = viga inclinada, dispuesta en la intersección de dos vertientes que forma ángulo saliente (limatesa = hip) o entrante (limahoya = valley)

hip = arris of a roof fron the ridge to the eaves / triangular area of a sloping roof rising from the end of a rectangualr building to meet a longitudinal ridge
