In other words: a deduction will apply for any of the non-finished works or works that are not finished up to the required standards and don't pass the tests.

Gracias Rocío. Sí, "Project Completed Not Accredited"está bien y es más sencillo para el español usado en el texto. pero tal vez debe adicionar ''for'' o sea:
"Project Completed Not Accredited for"
