Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Architecture
Spanish term or phrase:Itinerario practicable
El arquitecto realiza un itinerario practicable desde nivel calle hasta la planta superior del Palacio y “no modificar ninguna de las partes que configuran la tipología del palacio,…, se ha estudiado de forma que tenga el menor impacto posible en la estructura original del edificio”. Y el corazón del camino practicable es el ascensor.
Does anyone know what 'itinerario practicable' means here and how to translate it?
I wonder if the idea is "logical sequence", examining each part of the building in turn and deciding which bits to change.

El arquitecto realiza un itinerario practicable
The architect has crafted a workable overall schema
a practical overall schema
an eminently practical overarching schema
Or (manipulating the syntax)
The overall conception of the architect is highly practical
The general idea seems to be that the gestalt and component parts of the renovation blueprint in question reflect a high degree of practicality (which in this particular context implies minimal modification of the existing structure).
