Spanish term or phrase: yet another sentence - political manoeuverings

The problem is that it seems that one person is the new Minister for Labour, at the same time Minister for Public Administration, and even has a job (interlocutor) in the Govt. of Andalusia???!!!!

Could anyone put this into simple English / explain the idea for me to produce simple English?
It refers to the political repercussions of recent racist disturbances in Spain

Explanation:
I'm having trouble figuring out which of the positions these illustrious folk occupy is the Minister of Labour. Is *Administración pública* the one you have in mind?

In any case, I don't think that AA occupies any more than two positions, one national and one at the level of the autonomous government, a fairly standard arrangement. It may even mean that he represents the *point of view* of that Councillor, in the *national* government.

MM was disavowed by the government, and then pushed aside, to the advantage of AA, Minister of Public Administration, who became, as of February 17, the spokesman/mouthpiece for the Councillor for Social Issues of the Autonomous Government of Andalusia. His position was further undermined, starting with the mayor of XX (who refused to speak with MM), and followed by various members of the government (including RR's spokesman), all the way to the Prime Minister, who aligned himself with JJ's position.
