Yo creo que lo que el autor esta tratando de decir que aunque parezca mentira, el barroco, que es un estilo muy recargado y con muchos adornos, puede existir tambien aun en la desnudez. Por lo tanto, propongo traducir la frase de este modo:
"To sum it all up, it can be said that Baroque can be found even in nudity itself."
