Spanish term or phrase: solvencia patrimonial de los accionistas
This is listed as one of the strengths of a company:
Solvencia patrimonial de los accionistas.
On the net I found "patrimonial solvency" and "capital solvency," which sould too literal and very doubtful to me.

Suggestions welcome!

capital solvency of the shareholders....
Explanation:
should do it. Strictu sensu, this would mean the soundness of the capitalization provided by the shareholders. However, "solvencia patrimonial" does extend into the private sphere, in the sense that personal property could be involved (as loan collateral, for example) or referring to the solvency of guarantors (avalistas). At your discretion.

1 hr
financial solvency of the shareholder/partners/owners

Explanation:
I think that the context can only be respecting the personal wealth of the shareholders, although the context sounds more like a small company rather than a large or listed company, in which case 'shareholders' is not entirely appropriate. I suggest you decide on your choice of phrase on the basis of the size of the company referred to. 'Soundness' for 'solvency is OK too, but less specific/formal.
