Spanish term or phrase: rondar
Mantener un sitio puede rondar entre los $0 and $100, dependiendo de cuan ambicioso sea el proyecto.

I think here rondar means "range between" but I want to be certain - I'll ask the pros!

English translation:"range from"
Explanation:
This is a word used in many different ways, depending on the context. Here I would translate it as "range from $0 to $100", not "range between".

Yes

Explanation:
"rondar" in the financial sense means "to be about" as in "rondar cincuenta" to be about fifty. Your translation is good. You also say "somewhere between $0 and $100"
