Explanation:
Just to let you know that they/we checked the monitor yesterday, but it seems that the video card was the problem. It was cleaned and reinstalled. In our CAncun office it was said that you also have problems with your installation, but the ssystem is working anyway!
Yours faithfully

Explanation:
Just to let you know that about the monitor, they went to check it out yesterday bu it seems the problem is in the video card since they cleaned it and also adjusted it and they said here in our office (Cancun) that they have a problem with the corect installation since the equipment has stoppd working!
No more for now, I'll say goodbye to you.

Explanation:
I believe the above answer is correct - they left it working in spite of having a problem with the installation. It's hard to decipher because of the lack of punctuation but I think I jumped to a conclusion and the above answerer is correct. I checked back because something just didn't seem right and I think this was it.
Other than that, his sign off is more like "over and out " or "that's all for now". Anyway, sorry to mislead you - mea culpa!

just so it doesn;t get MORE confusing...........

Explanation:
By the above answer I meant the first one. We were typing at the same time and his got posted first - but reading my second answer it looks like I was talking about MY answer. OK are you totally confused now? Sorry - just go with the first answer. I'm going to bed before I do more damage. Good luck!

Explanation:
I'll bet a dollar that this document was handwritten... Anyway, when the source document has no punctuation, and when the grammar is suspect, all you can do is try to analyze the text from a structural point of view:

solo para informarle que con respecto al monitor
le informo que
fueron a checarlo el dia de ayer
pero al parecer el problema era la tarjeta de video
ya que se limpio y ajusto

tambien se les comento
en la oficina de qui (cancun)
que tienen problemas
con su instalacion correcta
ya que no esta bien
el equipo se dejo funcionando !!

sin mas por el momento quedo de ud.

Here's the corresponding English version [with comments in brackets]:

Just for your information about the monitor:
I want to tell you that
they checked it yesterday
but the problem was apparently the video card
because it was cleaned and adjusted [i.e., re-seated]

I also told them
[or, possibly, "they were saying," even though the verb in the Spanish is "comento" instead of "comentan"]
in the local office (in Cancun)
that there were problems with its proper installation
[i.e., with the installation of the video card]
because it [i.e., the video card] was not [installed] right
[and] the equipment stopped working!!

The formula "sin mas por el momento quedo de ustedes" ["with nothing further (to discuss) at the moment, I take my leave of you…"] does not need to be translated literally (any more than the standard French closing formula, "I beg you to accept, dear sir, the expression of my most distinguished sentiments"). A simple "Yours truly," will do.

Hope this sheds some light. -- Cheers, HC
